Norma started working with Argus Hearing in Saint John in 1991. Together with her husband and business partner, Bill, they ran the Saint John and Fredericton clinics of the family business. In 1993, they purchased the two clinics and in 2013 partnered and acquired the Moncton and Miramichi clinics. Norma has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton as well as her Hearing Instrument Specialist designation. Argus Audiology supports many great charities and Norma is currently active with the 100 Women who Care-Greater Moncton. Norma believes that the relationships that you build with clients, colleagues and family are the most important.
Prior to joining Argus Audiology in 2010, Heather was the frontline friendly face encountered at the YMCA of Greater Moncton as the Director of Membership Services. As part of our Moncton team her contagious laugh and smile will engage you the moment you step through our door and her extensive customer service experience will make your visit pleasant and personable. Her hobbies include reading and caring for her dog Angus and three cats, Hooper, Abby, and Dexter. Heather loves being a part of such a warm welcoming working environment. She extends a helping hand to all!
Originally from Atholville, Nathalie joined the Moncton Argus Audiology team in 2014. She is a graduate of CCNB-Dieppe with a diploma in Business Administration- Accounting, and offers bilingual services. Nathalie has experience in a variety of administrative and customer service roles and our clients always bring a smile to her face! Nathalie enjoys dancing, bowling, and spending quality time with her family, especially her fur baby; a cat named Tipsy. She loves the Argus family because they make her feel like she is part of a large extended family and hopes that when she welcomes you, you will feel like part of our family too.
Chantal joined Argus Audiology as a bilingual clinical audiologist in 2012. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Science from Mount Allison University and further obtained her Master's degree in Clinical Science in Audiology from Western University in London, Ontario. Originally from Memramcook, Chantal loves to cook, experiment with new recipes and spend time with her family. Argus Audiology takes pride in establishing relationships and Chantal looks forward to sharing a recipe or two with you while discussing your hearing needs.
Natalie joined Argus Audiology as a bilingual clinical audiologist in 2016. She obtained her Master's degree in Audiology from the Université de Montréal. Natalie strives to offer a complete and evidence-based quality service customized to meet your needs. Her hobbies include outdoors activities that allow her to take in New Brunswick’s beautiful scenery as well as cooking and experimenting with new recipes. Natalie also plays the bagpipes, with hearing protection, of course! Originally from Balmoral, she loves that Argus Audiology feels like a second home. Natalie looks forward to assisting you with your hearing needs and welcoming you to the Argus family.
Jan joined Argus Audiology as a consultant and hearing aid technician in our Moncton office in 2008. Prior to immigrating to Canada, Jan worked for 8 years in the hearing aid industry in England and became a factory-trained technician proficient in fitting, servicing and programming hearing aids. Jan’s calm professional disposition will leave you feeling totally at ease. Her honesty and sincerity can be felt at every visit. From day one, Jan has felt at home with Argus Audiology, and she takes pride in caring for every staff member and client. Jan says, “I love my job!”
Betty began her career with Argus Audiology in 2006 at the Miramichi location before transferring to Moncton. Betty is a graduate of the Academy of Learning with a diploma in Micro-Computer Business Applications. In addition to being extremely detail-oriented, Betty has great communication skills. Betty and her husband, a retired Pastor, have been married for over 50 years and both are active in the community and in the Church. Her pastimes include reading, baking, composing poetry, and most importantly, spending time with her family.
Sascha Eaton, Client Care Coordinator
Sascha joined Argus Audiology officially in 2017 but has been affiliated with company her whole life as her grandparents are the founding partners. She spent most of her life living in Toronto, Ontario and Surrey, British Columbia. Sascha made the decision to move to Moncton with her son to become part of the family business. She graduated from Douglas College of New Westminster, British Columbia, with a degree in Criminology. She also holds a Level II Insurance Broker qualification. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, cooking, and playing super heroes with her son. Sascha says, “The passion and knowledge demonstrated daily by the Argus team is what makes working here so gratifying.”
Saint John Wellesley Avenue Clinic
Chelsey joined the Wellesley Avenue clinic in 2018 after graduating from Dalhousie University with a Master of Science in Audiology. Prior to obtaining her Audiology degree, Chelsey completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Prince Edward Island. Originally from PEI, Chelsey enjoys spending time outdoors kayaking and spending time with family, friends and her two cats, Izzy and Porto. Chelsey is looking forward to meeting you and delivering a personalized hearing care plan to meet your needs.
Allison joined Argus Audiology during the expansion to Saint John in 2017. She graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a BA and majored in History. Her 10 years in the hospitality industry has enabled her to build a strong foundation in customer service excellence. Not only is she efficient and detail oriented, she is patient and kind. Allison is always willing to lend a helping hand and does not hesitate to go that extra mile to make your visit a positive and enjoyable experience. As a History major, it should be no surprise that some of her hobbies include reading and antiquing. The joy in her life is a toothless Himalayan-Ragdoll rescue by the name of Misha. The kindness and support shown by the Argus staff make coming to work the best part of her day. Allison hopes that coming to Argus Audiology can be the best part of your day too!
Saint John Rothesay Avenue Clinic
Lauren became part of the Argus Audiology Rothesay Avenue team in 2018. She obtained her Honours in Psychology from Mount Allison University and continued her studied to ultimately graduate with a Master of Science in Audiology from Dalhousie University. As a resident of New Brunswick, it should come as no surprise that Lauren enjoys spending time outside, camping, hiking and swimming. She also enjoys testing out new recipes and is a passionate cook and baker, in her leisure time. Lauren is committed to delivering customer service excellence and hopes your visit is comfortable and pleasant.
Leslie has been a valued employee since 2000. During her career, she has held various positions within the hearing care field. Leslie became a Hearing Instrument Specialist in 2008 and is a member of the International Hearing Society. Originally from Stephenville Crossing, NL, her hobbies include competitive running, boot camp workouts, hiking, kayaking and camping. Leslie is proud of her family and loves spending time with her husband, two children and family dog Casey. The honesty and integrity displayed by Argus Audiology makes for a positive working environment. Leslie says, “I truly do love coming to work each day!”
Dave recently became a member of Argus Audiology when the company expanded to Saint John and has been in the hearing industry since 2015. Dave is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick – Saint John and Fredericton campuses, and has worked in the public-school system, as an advisor in the UNB-SJ administration, as well as having worked many years in private industry. Outside of family and work, Dave is a long-time drummer in a local pipe band, and has considerable experience playing as a member of his band at numerous parades, concerts and competitions both in North America and in the United Kingdom. Working with Argus, Dave says this company, the staff and job is the culmination of the best of all the years working throughout his career.
Celia joined Argus Audiology in 2018 as a bilingual team member. Celia is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and is a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Celia is a compassionate and hard-working individual. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, cooking, watching movies, and most importantly spending time with her family. The determination and dedication displayed by the staff at Argus make the decision to return to work after having her first child worth it!
Alissa joined our team of professionals in 2016 as a bilingual audiologist working out of our Miramichi clinic. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Récréologie from the Université de Moncton and a Masters in Health Science in Audiology from the University of Ottawa. Alissa prides herself in her ability to offer bilingual audiology services. Alissa is very involved in the community and is a member of various committees and associations. Originally from Miramichi, Maureen joined Argus Audiology in 2009 after completing the executive assistant program at the Academy of Learning in Miramichi. Maureen is an invaluable member of our team and is responsible for the success of the Miramichi clinic. Maureen has extensive experience and knowledge in customer service, takes pride in her ability to develop relationships and never hesitates to go above and beyond with the clients at Argus. Maureen enjoys spending time outside snowmobiling, snowshoeing, curling, and biking with friends and family. Maureen’s kindness, support and ability to help clients with their hearing care needs, along with the entire team, are what makes Argus Audiology shine.
